Corefront Custom Renovations - Biography / Interview Transcript

We created Corefront Custom Renovations to offer quality service and products in the industry, and it gave us an opportunity to work together as a family, which we feel is very important, and helps our our overall success and what we what we relate to a customer.
Corefront Renovations are pretty much anywhere from a kitchen renovation all the way through to a full home and addition renovations, so we do a wide variety.
A Corefront client is looking to enhance the space in which they live. They already know what they want to stay put in the home. They like the neighbourhood, they like how well established it is, and there's a lot of fond memories generally tied in with the home, that a customer may have been in now for for twenty, thirty, forty years, and they're wanting to give it a fresh update and a new look.
We have a number of meetings with our clients before the job goes to construction, and can be anywhere from 20 hours to a 120 hours.
I feel that's a key component, that is really the the backbone as to what makes Corefront stand out, is we'll invest three to four times more of our time and our resources in the customer during the design phase, so that they know exactly what they're getting before we begin the the construction phase. And furthermore, before they physically start with the construction, or pardon me, the design stage of Corefront, we've typically invested in them two to three meetings, to ensure that everybody's on the same page, and that they're really comfortable with what what what we offer. We've spent enough time with them, so that they know that Corefront is a proper match for them as well.
With our fixed cost system, the client knows exactly what they're spending before anything happens, which really allows them to allows them that extra security that they're not gonna get gouged halfway through the job.
I firmly believe that that our business isn't based solely on the granite we may install, or the floor we sell, but it's based on the customer. And it starts with the customer and ends with the customer, and everything in between is for the customer. So that customer service is important from the beginning process to the end, and after-service as well, with with our warranty program.
Corefront's after-care program is second to none. We not only do a final walk-through of their of their project, but in the contract that they sign with us, the customer actually holds back a certain amount of payment until the contract is complete. And that's something that we've insisted in the contract. It hold us as a company accountable to finish the projects, and it gives the customer peace of mind that the the project will be finished.
Secure. I think that's a good word to des... during the process where our clients feel secure
and confident that we'll deliver the the project of their dreams.
I think what gives what gives me the most satisfaction in what we've done and accomp... and accomplished is is just seeing the happy, smiling faces of our of our clients when the job's done.
